As a company P Hughes Construction Ltd ensure all its site operatives are highly trained in all fields that their job description requires.

100% of our workforces are registered with cscs or the equivalent cpcs scheme however in the majority of cases they are registered and qualified with both.

Our in house health and safety team ensure that method statements and risk assessments are formulated for every action taken upon site and all our plant is certified to the latest HSE requirement.

Our entire workforce is trained in how to check all items of plant and lifting equipment before use. We also keep up to date records on all these checks, which are completed as a company policy on a weekly basis.
